Brand new products
Brand new products are not eligible for returns as they are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. If you are facing issue(s) with the product, you can contact the original manufacturer for warranty support. For instance, Apple, Acer, Dell, Lenovo support. We are here to assist if you need our support in finding the contact or location of the manufacturers.
Pre-owned products are covered under either Playforce’s warranty or manufacturer’s warranty. It will depend on whether the product is still covered under manufacturer’s warranty. For example, if today you are purchasing a pre-owned MacBook. The laptop might still be under Apple’s warranty (stated in product’s description). If the laptop is still under Apple’s warranty, you would have to bring the laptop to Apple for servicing.
For products that are out of manufacturer’s warranty, Playforce will provide warranty for it. Let’s use back the same example, MacBook. If today you purchase a MacBook from us that is out of warranty, we will provide 1 month warranty from our end. Our warranty is pretty comprehensive, covers mostly, apart from accidental damages. You may bring the product to our authorised servicing centre if you are facing any issue during the warranty period. Our authorised servicing centre is PC Computers, located at Block 106, Hougang Avenue 1, Singapore 530106. Operates Monday-Friday, and Sunday, from 10.00am-7.00pm. Kindly contact PC Computers (+65 9336 6164) to make an appointment before heading over.
